The core competency of all NWIPCA plan rooms is the comprehensive listing of currently bidding projects in each local area. Plan room members have access to the plans, specifications, updates, and contacts needed to put project bids together and get those to the correct people.

The dedicated professional staff at each plan room is there to ensure project information is accurate and timely as well as offering support for their local construction industry members.

Construction Fundamentals and Bluebeam Training
NWIPCA is proud to offer instructor-led online training courses in fundamental construction skills, such as plan reading and construction estimating, as well as comprehensive Bluebeam software training.
Our partnership with U chapter 2 allows us to offer highly qualified instructors with deep instruction and construction industry experience. The short sessions are designed to maximize learning without ever leaving the office. Members of each NWIPCA local plan room receive a substantial discount on these training courses.
